WELCOME RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception will take place at the Espacio ABC with a Welcome Cocktail served on the rooftop.

Join colleagues, friends and fellow researchers as we gather to reconnect, meet new collaborators and enjoy the first evening of the congress together.

NEW INVESTIGATOR SOCIAL EVENT
After the Welcome Reception, New Investigators* are welcome to assist this social event. It will be an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues, build new professional relationships, and network in a relaxed and informal setting.

*Drink tickets can be collected at the technical secretariat desk on the same day of the event.

*A new investigator is an undergraduate, graduate, resident, PhD student, or up to 5 years from PhD.

  • Attire: Business casual
Note: Bermuda pants, t-shirts, light blue jeans and sport shoes are not allowed.

The Official Dinner EORS Madrid 2026 will take place in one of the most stunning and historic buildings in Madrid: the Real Casino de Madrid.

Founded in 1836 and located in the heart of the city, it is one of those places that leaves you speechless the moment you walk in. Its spectacular staircase, beautifully decorated halls, and elegant architecture create a truly unique setting for a special evening.

We want this dinner to be much more than a formal event - it will be a night to connect, celebrate everything we’ve shared during the congress, and enjoy an unforgettable evening.
