Payments by bank transfer are accepted only up to seven days before the event. Deadline: September 16, 2026

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancelling 60 days prior to the Congress will involve a 20% penalty.
  • No refund will be made under any circumstances for cancellations received 59 days or less prior to the Congress
  • Cancellations requested due to visa refusal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Participants are therefore advised to start the visa application process well in advance.
  • Name changes will incur a charge of EUR 50 + VAT per replacement. Name changes are not allowed after the first registration deadline.
  • A fee of EUR 50 + VAT will be charged for lost badges during the Congress.
  • All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method. Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control.
